RBC Information Systems Ordinary Shares Changed

On December 11th, 2007 RBC Information Systems ordinary shares of additional issue will be admitted to trading in OJSC “RTS” (unified state registration number 1-03-05214-A-004D dating from 01.11.2007, notification date of additional issue results in registering authority - 10.12.2007) in the number of 20 740 000.

Stocks of principal and additional issues will be traded under a unified ticker (Classic market ticker – RBCI, T+0 ticker – RBCIG). The number of ordinary shares before change - 119 260 000, after change - 140 000 000.

The Classic market of RTS is the oldest organized stock market in Russia – started its work on July 5th 1995. The prices that are being formed on the Classic market of RTS are a well-acknowledged guideline for the investors who make deals with Russian shares and depositary receipts for them.

Information on trading on RTS is transmitted to a large number of clients in Russia and abroad and is a basis for calculating the main benchmark of the Russian stock market – RTS Index.
