University of California, Irvine Extension is hosting a new course titled, “Introduction to Sarbanes-Oxley,” Wednesdays, Jan. 9 through Feb. 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the UC Irvine Campus. The course is a hands-on, practical walkthrough of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial and accounting compliance, disclosure and implementation process.
Accounting and financial professionals are encouraged to attend.
Participants will gain an understanding of SOX terminology and implementation, as well as knowledge of how SOX can benefit their company’s bottom line.
