Bank "Saint-Petersburg" OJSC (RTS ticker – STBK) opened the second dozen of issuers, stocks of which went through listing on Quotation list “V”.
On December 06th, 2007 stocks of "Bank "Saint-Petersburg" OJSC were admitted to trading on Quotation list “V” of OJSC RTS. It allowed the issuer to occupy the first position in the second dozen of issuers in this section of RTS securities list and to take the 11th position in the list of companies, stocks of which were admitted to trading on Quotation list “V” for more than a year’s history of its existence.
The first issuer, stocks of which were admitted to trading on Quotation list “V”, was OJSC "OC "Rosneft" (RTS ticker – ROSN). PJSC "NCSP" closed the first dozen of issuers on Quotation list “V” (RTS ticker – NMTP).
Quotation list “V” has been in effect since March 2006 and is meant for IPO costs minimization. At the end of 6 months’ period since the date of inclusion in Quotation list “V” they are to be transferred to one of the securities lists: “A1”, “A2”, “B” or “Out of list”. -- www.rts.ru
