WWI Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of 15 million units at a price of $0.20 per unit to raise proceeds of $3 million.
Each Unit will consist of one common share and one full common share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant is exercisable at $0.26 per common share for two years from the date of closing. A finder's fee of up to 5% will be payable.
