Alternext welcomed five new companies to listing this week: Hybrigenics, Astellia, Ventos SA and Cortix in Paris, and Vision IT Group in Brussels.
Ventos SA, the first Luxembourg company to join Alternext, was already listed in Luxembourg and was admitted to trading directly at price of €91 per share. On the basis of this reference price, the company's market capitalization stands at €129 million. Hybrigenics placed 9,766,809 shares to raise a total of €6.16 million. On the basis of the reference price of €7.7, the market capitalization of the company stands at €75.2 million.
Finally, Astellia, Cortix and Vision IT Group were admitted following private placements respectively amounting to €10 million, €10.20 million and €5.5 million. Market capitalization of these companies amounts to €38.0 million, €50.0 million and €56.8 million, respectively. With these five new listings, Alternext now counts 119 listed companies, six of them from outside the Euronext area. Together, they have raised over €1.6 billion1 and their total market capitalization stands at €5.5 billion.
Hybrigenics is a biopharmaceutical company involved in research and the development of new cancer drugs.
Astellia specializes in the design, production and marketing of hardware and software solutions for the management of service quality and performance in mobile telephony. Ventos SA, a société anonyme established under Luxembourg law whose founding family has roots in Catalunya's Emporda region, is an investment company targeting both listed and unlisted companies.
Cortix specializes in turnkey internet and multimedia solutions for websites, search engine optimization, hosting, etc.
Vision IT Group is an IT consultancy and engineering firm deploying expertise through business centers across Europe. -- www.euronext.com
