Verso Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSO), a global provider of next generation network solutions, announced today that Dr. E. Kenneth Greenwald, PhD has joined its board of directors.
Dr. Greenwald was the director of research and product development at C.R. Bard and practiced at the professional engineering and consulting firm he founded which specialized in hospital, industrial electrical, and energy systems until he sold the company to one of the largest privately owned engineering firms in the Southeastern United States.
Dr. Greenwald has taught at the University of Columbia, Missouri and The Ohio State University where he earned his PhD. He is a professor emeritus from the college of engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
