Honeywell Ceramic Heater With Remote Control

It is cold outside across USA. Many people are looking for ways to heat their homes, especially in areas, such as California as it braces for powerful storms. We looked at ceramic heaters as a way to heat your home or a small room. This Honeywell ceramic heater with a remote control has big promises, but check it at the store when you buy it or any ceramic heater with a remote control.

The description on this Honeywell HZ341BL Ceramic Heater with Remote from Amazon reads:

"This modern black ceramic heater includes features like easy to read digital display, two heat settings, an adjustable thermostat that can be set in 1 degree increments and a programmable timer for 1-10 hour auto shut-off. Additionally, the heater will oscillate to provide wide area heating and the remote control make it easy to adjust the temperature without getting up. Safety features include a tip-over switch that disables the unit in the event that it is tipped over, flame resistant plastic and overheat protection. This unit also features a SafeGuard Alert badge that monitors the grille and warns when it is hot. Large, easy to read SureSet digital display. Adjustable thermostat can be set in 1 degree increments. Programmable timer for 1-10 hour automatice shut-off. Two heat settings. Oscillates for wide area heating. SafeGuard alert badge warns if grille is hot. Tip-over switch. Flame resistant plastic. Overheat protection."

However, this is what a reviewer (Mary Kerr) has commented at Amazon about Honeywell HZ341BL Ceramic Heater with Remote

"This is the second heater and both were messed up as soon as the heater comes on it quickly heats up and then shuts off I think the thermostat is to close to the heating elements. 5 seconds of on time does not heat up a small room."

This is only one comment, so it does not mean the Ceramic heater with remote is necessarily a dysfunctional product. What we are saying is check it as you buy it at the store.
