The total amount of subscription prices, EUR 782 129 244.53, is recorded in the fund for invested non-restricted equity. The new shares carry full shareholder rights as from the registration date January 4, 2008. The shares are admitted to public trading on the Helsinki Exchanges as of the same date together with the old Nokia share class (NOK1V).

After the registration, the total number of shares is 3 982 811 957 including the shares held by the company.

Nokia's 2001 employee stock option plan, approved by the Annual General Meeting in 2001, expired as of 31 December 2007. In total 43 822 343 shares were subscribed and registered under the 2001 employee stock option plan.-Nokia
