On December 28th, 2007 quotation of Mariysky CBK ordinary shares (RTS Board ticker – mcbk) is suspended on RTS Board due to the shareholder's claim to redeem the stated securities in accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies", article 84.8.
Rough date when the list of owners of the redeemed securities will be compiled – January 18th, 2008.
RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.
At the moment 1607 securities of 1217 companies are included in RTS Board. -- www.rts.ru
