The media had reports that New Delhi Television Limited is in talks with NBC Universal to sell between 25 and 30 percent in its UK based subsidiary NDTV Networks Plc.
The National Stock Exchange Of India, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
New Delhi Television Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"The Company is at any given point in time involved in talks as part of a constant exploration of possible alliances with prospective partners.
