The media had reports that Aztecsoft is in merger talks with Mind Tree.
The National Stock Exchange Of India, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
MindTree Consulting Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"The Company has not entered into any such arrangements as mentioned in the media and our Board has also not considered any such arrangement as of date. Hence this news report is purely speculative."
Aztecsoft Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The news report is not based on any information from the Company. There are no proposals placed before the Board of Directors of the nature stated in the media report." -- www.nseindia.com
