
According to a news release issued this morning, the #2 Real Estate search engine "Zillow" reports that the 30-Year mortgage rate remained steady for the week ending April 10th.
Borrowers on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace found the 30-year Zillow mortgage rates quoted as relatively flat over this past week. According to Zillow, "Last week's rate was 5.10 percent, up slightly from 5.08 percent the week prior, according to the Zillow Mortgage Rate Monitor, compiled by leading real estate Web site Zillow.com®." Meanwhile, rates for a 15-year fixed mortgage decreased to 4.73 percent, and 5-1 adjustable rate mortgages also decreased.
