On January 15th, 2008 quotation of JSC "Kovdor" ordinary shares (RTS Board ticker – kvdg) will be suspended on RTS Board, due to the information about a shareholder’s claim to redeem the stated securities in accordance with the Federal Law “On Joint-Stock Companies”, article 84.8.
The rough date when the list of owners of the redeemed securities will be compiled – January 28th, 2008.
RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS “Russian Trading System” Stock Exchange.
At the moment 1604 securities of 1215 companies are included into RTS Board. -- www.rts.ru
