Brubaker agreed the pictures would remain private at Spears’ request but she broke the agreement when she sold the photos to OK! magazine for $1 million.
“All legal options are being explored at this time. Brubaker must be dealt with, and Britney will absolutely proceed, in the very least to sue her,” says a source.
Meanwhile, Spears is rumored to be trying to get pregnant with a third child in a bid to minimize the loss she feels over her two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline. A court ruling on Monday stripped Spears of her visitation rights for an indefinite period of time. Federline’s lawyer insists the goal is not to cut Spears out of her children’s lives, but to make sure they are safe.
