Largest Opposition Poll Lead Ever In Sweden

According to a new poll by Synovate a total of 58.5% are in favour of the opposition parties, whilst only 37.9% support the coalition government.

Since 1979 when Synovate began the poll there has never been such a large gap. The largest drop was in the Christian Democrat party which has had a drop since the elections in 2006 from 6.6% to 3.4%, a number which would be too low for parliamentary representation.
