After parting with Paul Simon in 1970, Garfunkel went on to record 15 solo albums and appeared on several movie soundtracks. In addition to his singing career, Garfunkel has appeared in several films, including Catch‐22 and Carnal Knowledge, and has also published three books of poetry.
