Florida Primary Results: McCain, Clinton Projected To Win

It is projected that Senator John McCain is coming out as the winner of the Florida Primary Polls. The Results are mostly out, and while the race is very tight, neck to neck, Mccain is so far ahead of Romney and Clinton is ahead of Obama.

Here are the Florida Primary results as of 8:00 P.M. Now all polling locations have closed:

The Republicans with 20% reporting:

1. McCain 202,385 34%
2. Romney 182,222 31%
3. Giuliani 98,980 17%
4. Huckabee 78,351 13%
5. Paul 19,041 3%
6. Thompson 9,119 2%
7. Hunter 992 0%

It’s still a VERY tight race. Come on Mitt! My bias is purely coming out at this point. Like Michigan, this is Mitt’s last stand. If he loses here, it’ll be a miracle for him to be able to come back!

The Democrats with 22% reporting:

1. Clinton 271,492 49%
2. Obama 164,025 29%
3. Edwards 79,328 14%
4. Kucinich 5,285 1%

Clinton now under 50%, but she is CLEARLY the winner. The Republicans are still too close to call. I’m off to a meeting, but I’ll try to post at 8:30, if not, by 9:15.
