On January 25th, 2008 quotation of ordinary and privileged shares of LUKoil-Nizhegorodneftejrgsintez will be stopped (Russian Trading System Board tickers - ngns, ngnsp) on the basis of information about shareholder’s claim to redeem the stated securities in accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies", article 84.8.
Rough date when the list of owners of the redeemed securities will be compiled – February 07th, 2008.
Russian Trading System Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on Russian Trading System "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.
