Election-Themed 4th Quarter Super Bowl Commercial with James Carville and Bill Frist Features “Good Times” from Upcoming Release Miracle Mile. “Good Times” Is Currently Available at iTunes and Will Be Featured in Upcoming Super Bowl Ad Playlist.

Southern California musician Latch Key Kid (http://www.latchkeykid.org ) scored the mother load of all music placements – an original song, licensed by soft drink giant Coca-Cola which made its debut in the Super Bowl earlier today. Last year’s Super Bowl XLI was the third most-watched television telecast in United States history with almost 94 million viewers.

The Coca-Cola advertisement featured Latch Key Kid’s track “Good Times”, a single currently released on iTunes in advance of his upcoming album Miracle Mile. The commercial’s theme played upon the unprecedented interest in the upcoming presidential election with Democrat James Carville and Republican Bill Frist debating on a fictional talk show and aired during the 4th quarter of today’s game. The political adversaries soon become friendly while on a self-guided tour of the Nation’s Capitol together after sharing a Coca-Cola while “Good Times” plays in the background.

Fans eager to learn more about Latch Key Kid online can purchase “Good Times” now from iTunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/music.html) , along with Latch Key Kid’s self-titled 2005 debut. Miracle Mile will be self-released February 14th. Look for even more music from Heaney, who has enough unreleased material for two more albums, having just put the finishing touches on 20 songs in his home studio.

“Every songwriter dreams is sharing their music with millions of listeners,” said Latch Key Kid’s Gavin Heaney. “I’m thrilled that Coca-Cola chose my song for such a fun, yet thought provoking commercial.”

Fans in Southern California can catch Latch Key Kid live when he performs twice in Los Angeles in the coming weeks - February 14th at the Troubadour (http://www.troubadour.com/) supporting Animal Liberation Orchestra and February 23rd at the Roxy (http://theroxyonsunset.com/).
