On February 4th, 2008 trading in the following securities, which are included in Quotation List "B", starts on OJSC "RTS": ordinary shares of "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)", Classic market ticker – TGKM, T+O ticker –TGKMG.
By the decision of the Executive body of the Exchange the following starting prices and price limits for orders are set for the first trading day:
* For TGKMG - 0,25 rubles (price limit +/- 50%);
* For TGKM - starting price is calculated in US dollars at the Central Bank exchange rate as of February 4th, 2008 basing on the starting price set for TGKMG (price limit - +/- 50%).
On January 22, 2008 there was registered a report on the results of the issue of ordinary shares by "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)" (state registration number 1-02-55093-Е as of 27.12.2007).
Number of offered ordinary shares - 129 182 511 799,44, new nominal - 0,01 rubles.
