Beckstrand Cancer Foundation Hosts “The Diamond & Pearl Ball 2008”
Beckstrand Cancer Foundation plans to host its 5th Annual Diamond & Pearl Ball, “An Evening in Africa,” at the Balboa Bay Club & Resort in Newport Beach on Saturday, October 11 at 6:00 PM.
The fund-raiser gala will celebrate the life and journey of pediatric cancer survivor, Taylor Carol. Guests of will enjoy an exquisite evening of spectacular entertainment, sumptuous cuisine, live and silent auctions featuring dazzling jewels, luxurious retreats, celebrity chefs and designer couture.
Beckstrand Cancer Foundation is dedicated to improving and enhancing the quality of life of cancer patients and their families; the gala chairs expect to raise $1 million at the event to be attended by 500 guests.
