The Federal Financial Markets Service informs, that the information, published earlier on the FFMS page in the Internet in the section "Mergers and displacements" in respect to JSFC "Sistema", that this company was given an order to bring mandatory offer to buy securities of URALSIB Bank into compliance with the legislation requirements of the Russian Federation, is invalid.
Placement of this information at the site was the result of a technical error. At the same time, there has been started an official investigation in FFMS to elicit a fact of price manipulation.
In fact, on February 07th, 2008 FFMS directed an order to URALSIB Bank to bring mandatory offer to buy securities of OJSC "Stroivestbank" in compliance with the legislation requirements of the Russian Federation. -- www.rts.ru
