Studio Theatre Premieres 'All Wear Bowlers'

All wear bowlers, the hit show from the New Vaudeville sensations Trey Lyford and Geoff Sobell – will be presented with their sell-out work, Amnesia Curiosa; and their newest piece, machines machines machines machines machines machines machines. These shows were the toast of Off-Broadway and The Philadelphia Fringe. This is a limited engagement. Don't miss your chance to be part of this new comic movement.

As part of The Studio Theatre 30th Anniversary Season, Founding Artistic Director Joy Zinoman is spearheading an exciting initiative: a new direction for The Studio Theatre's popular Special Events Series. Rather than bringing in finished work from the outside, The Studio Theatre is forming artistic partnerships with acclaimed young companies to develop and produce new work of national significance right here in Washington.

In addition to The rainpan 43 Festival, The Studio Theatre will also welcome The Civilians who will be in residence at The Studio Theatre for seven weeks to rehearse and present the World Premiere of their latest work, This Beautiful City. An exploration of the evangelical movement in the United States, This Beautiful City, opening June 11, promises to have particular resonance for a Washington audience at the center of political debate about the future of church and state in America.
