First Financial Bank Breaks Ground On New Decatur

First Financial Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIN), announced that it will relocate its branch in Decatur, Texas, to a new office being built at the northeast corner of Hale Avenue and Cowan Street. The bank's current location is FM 51 S.

"The decision to build a new location in Decatur was driven by the bank's desire to provide a convenient and modern location to serve all of the bank's customers in the growing Decatur area," said Mills Shallene, Wise County Market President. "Continued support from our loyal customers and a growing clientele has made this new building possible. In addition to traditional bank services, we offer a complete array of mortgage loan and trust services."

The building will be 4,500 square feet and will have five drive-thru lanes including a commercial lane and a wider lane designed for large trucks. A fall 2008 opening is anticipated.

"We are delighted to continue our commitment to provide the highest quality of service to our customers by building a new and larger state-of-the-art bank," said Blain Rumage, Assistant Vice President of the First Financial Decatur. Rumage will continue to manage the bank along with Beverly Lindsey, business development officer, and Melissa McElhaney, branch operations manager.
