Lorna Luft is one of today's most versatile and exciting artists, with a career that has encompassed virtually every arena of entertainment. Born to Judy Garland and Sid Luft, Lorna made her debut singing with her mother. By 19, she was starring on Broadway in Promises, Promises. She continued on stage in productions in New York and London and has starred in numerous regional theatre productions and national tours. Lorna is frequently featured as a concert artist at prestigious venues around the world, has performed for the Royal Family in concerts, and garnered acclaim for her duet appearances with Rufus Wainwright at his tribute concerts to Judy Garland.
In 2004, she was the subject of a BBC documentary, Somebody's Daughter, Somebody's Son, and, in the US, has appeared on virtually every talk and variety program, and played feature roles on episodic dramas. In 1998, Lorna became a best-selling author with her memoir "Me and My Shadows" which was broadcast as a four hour miniseries, winning five Emmy Awards. From her early work with her mother, to spectacular concert performances, acclaim on Broadway, and in television, Lorna proves again and again that she's a stellar entertainer, proudly carrying the torch of her family's legendary show business legacy.
