Kosovo Announces Independence

According to CNN breaking report "Kosovo's parliament officially declared the province's independence from Serbia today, a move opposed by Serbia and Russia but supported by many western governments. In reading the province's declaration of independence, Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci declared Kosovo "a free and independent state."
Kosovo has been under U.N. supervision and patrolled by a NATO-led peacekeeping force since the end of the three-month war, in which NATO warplanes pounded Serbia to roll back a campaign of "ethnic cleansing" of the province's Albanian population under former then-President Slobodan Milosevic.

The Stability of Kosovo
In past years the Albanian Muslims were massacred by the Serbs just because they did not belong to their own religion and racial group. This was occured also by the fear of the possible convergence of a section of population to a new nation. Time and fate are rude to bring changes even when are not desired. Muslim countries should not trust the west as they have not been able so far to solve even a single problem rather increasing the troubles. That is all because of their not being sincere. While Russia is triggering the situation backing the Nationalists in Serbia, Muslim countries must support the Newly born nation with all the possible aid and defence material;
1. Every possible defence personnel and technology be provided to the Kosovans so as to rise a nation on its own defence relying on none.
2. For the time Muslim countries must send own forces or trained volunteers to defend the population against any possible aggression.
3. Muslims being a trustworthy nation must treat well the Serbian population of the region.
