False Advertising Promoting Omega-3 Fat

News reports claim that some food companies are falsely advertising the benefits of what are supposed to be healthy doses of Omega-3 fats.

Some food ads claim that the Omega-3 fat found in rape see oils and linseeds are good for the heart - and that eating a tiny bit of fatty herring will give you the same amount of this essential fat as devouring 25 kilograms of boiled pasta or 311 slices of crisp bread.
