A professional ice hockey forward attracted the Washington Capitals’ attention.
The team has acquired Sergei Fedorov from the Columbus Blue Jackets for a defenceman, Ted Ruth.
This season Fedorov has nine goals and 28 points in 50 games. He currently has leg injury.
