Whilst I agree with this article entirely, the last paragraph mentions 'enourmous' numbers of books and DVD's on trampoline exercise, which I have to disagree with. Looking for some resources for my trampoline classes I found just 2 (very outdated) books, and one DVD which was 'unavailable'. So I ended up making my own DVD and trampolining course. Not surprisingly, I large amount of Trampoline Coaches are members of my site looking for ideas and Trampoline exercises as well as general people across the world looking for trampoline exercises.
