The New York Philharmonic’s Feb. 26 performance from the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre in the capital of communist North Korea broke new ground as the first performance by an American arts organization since Korea was divided in 1948. Orange County’s trusted PBS station, KOCE-TV is proud to announce that it will air this performance to local Southern California audiences, with a planned March 29, 8 p.m. broadcast.
