You'd Be A Fool To Miss Out On Grand Theatre's Musical

Fiddler on the Roof is back at Blackpool's Grand Theatre to touch people's hearts for just one week from Tuesday 1st April. And there's no need to be a rich man with tickets from just ?17.50!

Packed with some of the best-loved songs in the history of musicals, this magnificent show struck such a chord in audiences it became one of the longest running productions on Broadway and won nine Tony awards. This new nationwide tour features star of stage and screen Joe McGann (best known for his role as Charlie Burrows in TV's The Upper Hand) as the endearing Jewish dairyman Tevye who dreams of riches, respect and a quiet family life.

In a Jewish village in Czarist Russia, Tevye is doing his best to preserve tradition in the face of a changing world. But when his daughters refuse the matchmaker's advice and marry for love, Tevye must choose between their happiness and those beloved traditions.

Fiddler on the Roof is blessed with a gloriously rousing score full of memorable melodies, a moving and compelling storyline, heartwarming humour and colourful characters. Songs include Tradition, Matchmaker Matchmaker, Sunrise Sunset, To Life! and of course the wonderfully unforgettable If I Were a Rich Man. -- www.blackpoolgrand.co.uk
