Long way to go

Before foreclosures become a great investment again, it might be wise to wait until the bubble has finished bursting. Home values are declining by the week, so investors should do some careful research to make sure they are getting good deals on homes that will remain somewhat stable in value during the economic downturn. There's probably quite a ways to go before we hit the bottom of the real estate markets in some areas.
