MediaFLO USA and CBS Join Forces

Full Episodes of CBS Programming Such as "CSI," "Late Show with David Letterman," "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" and College Football and Basketball Games to be Featured

MediaFLO USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of QUALCOMM Incorporated, and CBS Corporation have announced a multi-year license agreement under which full episodes of popular CBS entertainment, news and sports programming will be delivered 24/7 over MediaFLO USA's revolutionary new, TV-quality mobile entertainment service. MediaFLO USA has created an unmatched mobile entertainment experience, delivering premium content to mobile consumers in a crystal-clear viewing environment.

The deal between the two companies means that fans of CBS's popular programming - including "CSI ," "Late Night with David Letterman," "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" and sports programming such as college football and basketball - have yet another way to watch their favorite shows when they are on the go.

- "Late Show with David Letterman" and "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson"

- "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric," "The Early Show," "CBS News Sunday Morning," "60 Minutes" and "48 Hours Mystery"

- CBS Sports and CSTV content such as college football games

- Classic programming from CBS's vast library, including "Star Trek," "Brady Bunch," "I Love Lucy," "Twin Peaks," "MacGyver," "Gunsmoke" and "Have Gun, Will Travel"
