Ages 3-4 with an Adult Companion; 2-3pm; Hide-n-Seek
Some creatures play the best game of hide-n-seek! They are camouflaged, which makes them hard to see in their natural environment. In this class, we will play games and hear stories about how these critters hide so well.
Ages 5-6; 2-4pm; Garden Snails
Slimy, slow and oh, so delightful… garden snails. Together we will explore, experiment with, and ask questions about these creatures and their environment.
Ages 7-9; 2-4pm; Dig It
Come explore the world of dirt! We will closely examine and experiment with all different types of soil. Discover what lives there, what grows there, and why we need it.
Ages 10-12; 2-4pm; Field Study
Together we will make an in depth field study on the flora and fauna around the pond and make discoveries about the diverse natural environment that we find right here in the city. -- www.exploratorium.edu
