Having worked in the Illinois mortgage market for over 20 years, Catalano and Klosterman will continue serving Chicago-area markets under the name "Integrus Lending Group." Integrus officially opened their doors for business on March 14, 2008, with partners Angela Gentry, Gary Moore, Donna Bianco, and Tony Piotrowski, also of the late American Home Mortgage.

"Integrus Lending Group remains committed to providing the same outstanding mortgage experience for our borrowers," says Frank Catalano. "We're confident that operating as a division of PRMI will enhance that experience. The arrangement allows Integrus to focus on borrower relationships while PRMI provides a platform of financial and operational support."

"We're excited to have such an outstanding mortgage team partner with PRMI," says Dave Zitting, President and CEO of PRMI. "Our core strength in back-end services combined with their outstanding origination experience will enable them to be a leader in their market."

In the agreement, Integrus will have access to PRMI's support services (accounting, branch relations/training, compliance/licensing, human resources, information technology, marketing, and quality control) and retail operation services (secondary marketing, underwriting/risk management, escrow, investor relations/purchasing, document control).

Integrus will operate out of an office in Elmhurst, Illinois. Catalano and Klosterman have maintained their team of over 20 mortgage professionals, including loan officers, processors, production staff, and administrators. In 2007, this strong group of originators closed over 1000 loans for over $300 million.

Catalano and Klosterman have been active in the Elmhurst community, having variously volunteered with the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, the Elmhurst Children's Assistance Foundation, the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce, the Elmhurst YMCA, the Elmhurst Rotary Club, and the Kiwanis Club of Elmhurst. -- Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc.
