NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced the listing of Immobilière Frey on Euronext Paris yesterday.
A total of 6,120,000 shares of the company were admitted to trading on Euronext. Based on the reference price of EUR 16.40, market capitalization of Immobilière Frey amounts to over €100 million.
Immobilière Frey raised €15.3 million euros on the occasion of its listing.
This listing is the 17th to take place on NYSE Euronext's European markets since the beginning of the year, bringing the total amount of market capitalization represented by the companies listed to nearly €15 billion.
Antoine Frey, Chairman of the Management Board, Immobilière Frey said: "With 25 years of experience, today Immobilière Frey is a major developer of Retails Parks in France.
