Tonight ESPN broke that quarterback Michael Vick has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. This contract is expected to be a two year deal as he has now found a home in the NFL. Vick's mentor has been saying since the Hall of Fame game on Sunday that Vick would probably sign by Friday.

Turns out that Andy Ried and the Eagles are the team to take a chance on this talented quarterback with a troubled past.

I don't personally believe that the Eagles made this move to push Donovan McNabb as he should be the starting quarterback for a long time.

Look for Michael Vick to work his way onto the depth chart and maybe be a No.2 quarterback by the end of the year. I believe he will probably help this offense as lining up as a receiver or in the wildcat formation.

This is probably a good move in the end for the Eagles as they needed another start player after losing so much on the defense this off season. Look for the Philadelphia Eagles to have a high octane offense this year as they look to win games with a high powered offense with lots of explosion.
