The Indianapolis Colts remained undefeated on Thursday night but did so in a close game against division rival Jacksonville Jaguars. Now, on Saturday, the New Orleans Saints are putting their undefeated record on the line against the Dallas Cowboys.
Much like the Colts' game I expect the Saints to play in a spirited back and forth game against a desperate team. The Cowboys, much like the Jaguars are coming into this week fighting for their playoff lives and a loss could mean the end of their season.
Expect Cowboy quarterback Tony Romo and the rest of the team to come out determined for a victory.
If Dallas should loss this game than it is most likely the end for head coach Wade Phillips as he will probably be fired at the end of the year.
For the Saints, a victory and a loss by the Vikings to the Panthers could help them clinch home field advantage in the NFC.
I do believe the Saints will probably win this game, but I don't think the Vikings will lose to the Panthers.
The Panthers aren't having a solid season, and they are now without both of their talented tackles. This will not help young quarterback Matt Moore in protection from one of the most fearsome defensive lines in all of football.
