About the CSO Chamber Players Series
Founded by CSO Music Director Emeritus Jesús López-Cobos in 1988, the CSO Chamber Players series comprises four concerts designed to spotlight the talents and versatility of musicians in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. A committee of CSO musicians initiates all artistic and programming decisions for this unique chamber music series.
The CSO Chamber Players Series has been endowed in perpetuity by The Eleanora C.U. Alms Trust, Fifth Third Bank, Trustee, which was created in 1939 and benefits civic and arts organizations supported by Frederick H. Alms and his wife Eleanora during their lifetimes.
The members of the CSO Chamber Players Committee are Drake Ash, Ronald Aufmann, Daniel Culnan, Hugh Michie and Theodore Nelson.
Remaining concerts in the CSO Chamber Players Series take place on February 9, March 2 and April 13.
