RES Software turns to Vantis’ Inbound Business Group for specialist advice, support and implementation of core business processes.
10 April, 2008: Netherlands-based organisation, Real Enterprise Synergy (RES) Software, has chosen AIM-listed accounting, tax and business advisory firm Vantis to support the set up of its business operations in the UK. Through Vantis’ new Inbound Business Group, launched at the end of last year, RES Software will be successfully supported with a specialist services package tailor-made to their requirements.
RES Software is a leading provider of proven management and maintenance solutions for Microsoft Windows environments. Working with companies’ IT infrastructure, RES Software works with any business model or hardware topology to improve the way companies use IT throughout their company network. RES also delivers a highly successful solution via its channel and partner network.
RES Software was referred to Vantis’ Inbound Business Group from an HLB International representative office in Holland. Vantis is an established member of the HLB International network, which assists clients to do business in countries all around the world – including country-specific expertise within China, Israel, Italy and North America.
Wishing to expand its operating vicinity by setting up in the United Kingdom, RES Software is benefiting from a specialist services package that combines company formation and ongoing company secretarial, corporate tax advice, VAT registration and ongoing VAT advice, payroll set up and ongoing monthly payroll. Vantis is also scheduled to do RES Software’s year end accounts and year end corporation tax.
