Nokia N97: Ruling the world of phones now

Recognising that mobile phone usage is becoming ever more closely entwined with Internet usage, Nokia have developed the N97 product. Those customers who are more Internet-savvy than others will be delighted to be able to benefit from a large touch display together with a full QWERTY keyboard; there is also an “always open” window available which allows quick access to favourite social networking sites and other popular Internet sites.

The Nokia N97 phone itself comes with a number of aspects of modern technology, including multiple sensors, memory, processing power, and connection speeds – things that allow the creation of a personal intranet, the basis of “sharing one's social location”.

To discuss “social location” further, the Nokia N97 comes with integrated A-GPS sensors and an electronic compass; its onboard computer intuitively understands exactly where it is. With this product, it is easy to update social networks automatically with up-to-date information; approved friends will note that they have the ability to update their “status” and share their “social location”, as well as to impart and to exchange pictures and videos.

The Nokia N97 has a storage capacity of 48 GB – 32 GB of onboard memory, expandable by means of a 16 GB microSD card for music and media and more. Excellent music capabilites, full Nokia Music Store support and a continuous playback time of up to one and a half days are also on offer with this product.

For all its qualities allowing personal and digital communication, the Nokia N97 is not without abilities to take pictures and create videos without the need of a third party accessory. It has a 5-Megapixel camera with high-quality Carl Zeiss optics, together with 16:9 and DVD quality video capture; and support for services like Share on Ovi for immediate sharing over HSDPA and WLAN are never far away.
