Seattle Symphony's Tiny Tots series presents Sailing the Musical Seas, a program that features delightful songs about seals, salmon and sailors. The Tiny Tots series is designed for children from birth to age 5 and their families, and has been carefully planned for young patrons—from the length of the concerts to their interactive and age-specific content.

The series offers five programs in the 2007–2008 season, of which this is the fourth. Performances of Sailing the Musical Seas will take place on Friday, April 18 at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. and Saturday, April 19, at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Performances are packed full of musical play, stories and songs led by early-childhood educators Let Your Music Shine with Lisa & Linda, formerly known as Identical Harmony. Let Your Music Shine with Lisa & Linda received the prestigious 2002 Parents' Choice Gold Award for their recording with The Canadian Brass, Symphony Shine Time! Focus on the Brass. The Parents' Choice Foundation is a non-profit consumer guide to children's media.

Tiny Tots performances are offered as a five-concert series, and take place on either five Friday mornings or five Saturday mornings. The remaining Friday morning performances are at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. on April 18 and June 13. The Saturday morning performances are at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on April 19 and June 14. -- www.seattlesymphony.org
