Group Says Stop The Mortgage Bailout

As lawmakers return from their two-week spring recess, more a more voices are calling for a mortgage bailout. All those greedy people who profited from the housing bubble are now expecting the federal government to come to the rescue.

That is why now is the best time to tell Congress that we oppose any type of Wall Street or Main Street bailout.

People should be responsible for their actions.

There is a new web site that attempts to unite the forces of all the bloggers and responsible citizens that did not borrow more money than they could afford and now want to voice their opposition to a mortgage bailout.

The site is StopTheHousingBailout.com and I’m proud to be one of the sponsors of this site.

According to StopTheHousingBailout.com, this site: "is dedicated to stopping the government’s planned bailout of the housing market. A bailout requires responsible Americans to pay for the acts of greedy bankers, mortgage brokers, flippers, and over-extended homeowners. In other words, the government wants you to pay for the blunders of others who knew, or should have known, better.”
