Watch people work out with Wii Fit

With more than 40 exercises across four areas of training, Wii Fit definitely has something for everyone. By getting your feet on the state-of-the-art Wii Balance Board, you can start to enjoy Aerobic Exercises, Yoga, Muscle Workouts and Balance Games that let you control the action on-screen by simply moving your body.

If you want to see how Wii Fit works, you can now check out a series of experience movies at the official Wii.com website. The videos show people of all ages trying out Wii Fit and stepping into the variety of fun exercises it offers.

With the ability to track the progress of up to eight users via the Wii Fit Channel, Wii Fit encourages family and friends to come together and have fun getting in shape.-Nintendo DS
