Carlyle Delisted From Euronext

Euronext Amsterdam N.V. has taken notice of the fact that the Guernsey Financial Services Commission no longer considers Carlyle Capital Corporation Limited to be an authorized investment fund. Therefore, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets has decided to delete Carlyle from its register.

In consideration of the above mentioned circumstance, Euronext Amsterdam N.V. has determined that the listing of the Carlyle securities can no longer be maintained. Pursuant to Rule 6905/1 (ii) (a) Euronext Rulebook, Book I, Euronext Amsterdam N.V. has decided to delist the Carlyle securities as from 27 May, taking into account 20 remaining trading days. The last trading day will be 26 May 2008.

Euronext Amsterdam announced a listing measure on 18 March 2008: the prices and volumes of the Carlyle securities are, as from that date, reported in the special section for securities subject to a listing measure (Penalty Box). -- www.euronext.com
