In his second dance number of the night on Dancing with the Stars, Chilian soap star Cristian de le Fuente suffered a severe muscle cramp that landed him in the hospital.
Toward the end of his samba with partner Cheryl Burke, de la Fuente was in obvious pain as he gripped his arm and did his best to finish the dance, unable to hold on to Burke as she fell to the floor in the routine’s final move.
De la Fuente stuck around to hear the judges scores - straight 7s, before being taken to the hospital.
Host Tom Bergeron has promised an update on tonight’s show, which doesn’t bode well for de le Fuente’s return.
