State Theatre Benefit Gala Patron Ticket (cocktail party, concert seat, dinner dance, and auction): $650

State Theatre presents Marvin Hamlisch in From Broadway to Brunswick, a musical revue of today’s hottest Broadway shows and revivals for the State Theatre’s 20th Annual Benefit Gala on Saturday, May 3 at 6pm. In conjunction with the concert, the State Theatre Benefit Gala 2008 cocktail party and black tie dinner dance will take place at the Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center, across the street from the State Theatre. Ticket prices for the concert only range from $30 to $65. Patron tickets for the black tie gala are $650 and include the 5pm cocktail reception, 6pm concert, and black tie dinner dance and auction immediately following. Produced exclusively for the State Theatre by Marvin Hamlisch, From Broadway to Brunswick features the Oscar and Tony-winning composer Marvin Hamlisch, fabulous singers and two grand pianos—all performing your favorite Broadway hits. Featured performers include Broadway stars Christiane Noll (Jekyll & Hyde, Urinetown, The Mambo Kings), Rachel York (City of Angels, Les Misérables, Victor/Victoria), and Aaron Lazar (The Light in the Piazza, Les Misérables). Joining the performers on stage will be the New Jersey Youth Chorus and the New Jersey Tap Dance Ensemble.

The show will include songs from the following musicals: Jersey Boys, The Lion King, Wicked, Chicago, Les Misérables, The Chorus Line, and Phantom of the Opera.

The 2008 State Theatre Benefit Gala Honorees include corporate honoree Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and William J. Marino, President & CEO; and individual honoree Andrew J.
