Justine Bateman debuted on the latest installment of Desperate Housewives Sunday evening with no hint at how long her character may remain viable.
The actress guest starred in Men in Trees in 2006 as Lynn Barstow and ended up doing eight additional episodes.
Bateman, 42, has joined the cast as Gabby Solis’ new tenant on Wisteria Lane. In episode 14 of Season 4, Gabby (Eva Longoria) thinks the tattoo artist is a prostitute and sets out to trap her renter by having gay friend Lee attempt to offer her money for sex.
Lee gets dropped to the ground and Gabby comes running to his rescue from her vantage point in her front window.
