Dennis Rodman Charged With Domestic Violence Against Gina Peterson

Former Chicago Bulls star Dennis Rodman has been charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting his girlfriend Gina Peterson at a hotel last month.

A spokesman for prosecutors in Los Angeles says Rodman was charged Wednesday with spousal battery, brandishing a deadly weapon and dissuading a witness. The charges are misdemeanors.

The 46-year-old was arrested at a hotel April 30th after Gina Peterson called hotel security. Police say she suffered injuries to her arm.

A spokesman says Rodman was drunk when he got into an argument with Peterson.

Rodman was part of championship teams with both the Bulls and the Detroit Pistons
