WarioWare: Smooth Moves - out now!

He's made you do things with your Game Boy Advance that you wouldn't have thought possible, he's turned your Nintendo GameCube into a party machine and had you touching and, bizarrely, blowing into your Nintendo DS.

He is, of course, that master of madcap gaming, Wario, and he's back today in a brand new collection of more than 200 manic microgames, for the first time on Wii.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves is the craziest compendium of nuttiness you'll see all year, and it's only January! Instead of simply pressing buttons, like in Wario's previous Wares, you wield the Wii Remote in 19 different, unusual ways to complete each five-second long burst of pure playability, which come at you faster and faster as you progress.

Wario and his wacky friends start you off simply with 'The Remote Control' in which you simply point at the screen, or 'The Waiter' where you must balance the Wii Remote on your hand; then the trickiness and silliness builds up, like with 'The Mohawk' in which you hold the controller above your head, or 'The Elephant' in which, you guessed it, you hold it in front of your nose and perform like a pachyderm.

Choose to play solo and unlock every minigame and secret stage, or play with up to 11 friends in the ultimate party game. You can even import your Miis from the Mii Channel and play as yourself. WarioWare: Smooth Moves is an experience that is sure to liven up any get-together with friends.
WarioWare: Smooth Moves is available exclusively for Wii from today - Nintendo.
